We will work together to develop a unique recruitment strategy that works for you. Terms of Business must be agreed and signed before the search begins.

3. Search & Screen

We will source for suitable candidates through a comprehensive range of candidate attraction strategies. By conducting in-depth phone screening and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates, we will be able to shortlist the best candidates for you to review. 

4. Interview

We will assist in arranging face-to-face interviews with the shortlisted candidates. We will provide you with the candidate’s CV and background information to help you conduct an effective and efficient interview. Our goal is meet your hiring needs while minimizing the time and effort you need to spend on recruitment. 

5. Verify & Offer

Once a suitable candidate for your role is identified, we will negotiate with the candidate to ensure both sides’ needs and expectations are fulfilled. We will also perform background checks to minimise the risks of making the wrong hire.

6. Onboard & Aftercare

We will assist in onboarding the candidate and ensuring the candidate is ready to start on the first day. Our services do not end here. we will provide ongoing support and communication to avoid unexpected surprises.
